As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with our founders and founding designer, playing a crucial role in the evolution of our sophisticated and complex product. Together, we will redefine the future of secure digital experiences, impacting billions of people around the world.

Your role at Castle

• Engage in customer calls to develop a deep understanding of their needs within the fraud and risk management landscape.
• Work closely with our frontend team to bring your designs to life for top brands such as Canva, Atlassian, and Farfetch.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for intuitive interfaces, taking into account the customizable and technical aspects of our product.
• Ensure seamless integration of designs with Castle's APIs and documentation, contributing to a consistent and user-friendly product ecosystem.
• Collaborate in shaping and refining design processes and workflows that promote collaboration, efficiency, and growth as the company scales.
• Advocate for a user-centric design culture within the organization, emphasizing the importance of design and its impact on the company's overall success.
• The team is fully remote with teammates in the US, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden.

Your background

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX design roles
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment
• Experience designing complex monitoring, analytics, or dashboard interfaces, and the ability to balance the needs of power users with those of less technical users
• Experience with user journey mapping, personas, and user flow creation
• Proficiency in front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with data visualization principles and tools (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js)
• Excellent communication skills
