Product Support Specialist – CareStack Pay - US Shift

Responsibilities

· Be a subject matter expert and consultant for payment solutions

· Support US customers to implement a high outcome payments strategy

· Carry out Customer Onboarding, Payment process setup and Training.

· Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

· Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.

· Assist in product strategy and functioning. Analyze and report product outcome (for example, by testing different scenarios or simulating users and real-life user flows)

· Collating technical issues and useful discussions with the team

· Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance.

· Share feature requests and effective workarounds with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

· Experience in software or technology platform customer-facing roles

· Familiar with healthcare/ Merchant processing/Financial products is a plus.

· Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.

· Understanding of how CRM systems work

· Excellent communication (both verbal & written) and problem-solving skills.

· Multi-tasking abilities

· Willingness to work in Night Shits (US shift) is a must.
