Responsibilities

• Review test plans and create test cases to identify functional, performance, or security issues in the product.
• Participate in sprint planning, analyze user story impacts, and collaborate with the team to define complexity and estimates.
• Strengthen programming skills, create comprehensive test cases, and review API automation and performance testing effectively.
• Communicate proactively, share knowledge, mentor team members, and resolve conflicts to build a cohesive team environment.
• Ensure adherence to processes, conduct root cause analysis for issues, and implement corrective actions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Should have worked as a Quality Controller.
• Must have very good knowledge of medical billing and be confident in process knowledge.
• strong experience in functional testing, particularly in the healthcare domain
• Adapting to new situations and challenges whenever required.
• Proficiency in SQL and can write simple queries
• Knowledge in API testing
• Good task management

Technical Skills

• SQL, Selenium, Java, Postman, Eclipse IDE
• Testing: Manual Testing (Web and Mobile), API Testing, Regression Testing, Test Case Design, Database Verification
• Defect Tracking & Management: JIRA, Azure
