Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area)

Position Summary:

The Senior Implementation Project Manager oversees effective, accurate and timely transition of new clients to Capital Rx. Establishes implementation project plans, defines, and gathers requirements, outlines project objectives, defines success and leads client communications and presentations throughout the implementation process.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee effective, accurate and timely transition of new Health Plan clients to Capital Rx

  • Leverage deep understanding of exchange, Medicare, Medicaid and government regulations to successfully manage overall implementation

  • Establish implementation project plans, define and gather requirements, outline project objectives, and define success

  • Lead client communications and presentation throughout the implementation process

  • Maintain meticulous notes and constantly assess progress against key milestones

  • Proactively identify execution risks and develop solutions to address

  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts (SME) to facilitate successful implementation

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and any associated third parties through superior customer service and oversight

  • Exceptional project / time management, prioritization,?and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction during the onboarding experience

  • Support development of internal implementation and project management best practices

  • Responsibility for ensuring program activities are completed timely and in compliance with regulatory guidelines

  • Participation in finalist meetings and RFP support

  • Support general business needs, as assigned

  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • 5+?years of PBM experience, with a vast knowledge of Health Plans with commercial, exchange and government (Medicare and Medicaid) lines of business

  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables

  • Ability to lead multiple complex long-term projects and balance a range of key internal and external stakeholders

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Preferred

  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily

  • Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product

  • Ability to work in a team environment to successfully manage multifaceted Health Plan client

Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
