About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive Canary's AI Voice product — the system that powers intelligent, real-time voice interactions between hotels and their guests. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and the day-to-day realities of enterprise hospitality, covering the full conversational AI lifecycle.
If you're technically curious, customer-focused, and energized by turning complex problems into great products, let's talk.
Responsibilities
- Execute the roadmap for AI Voice — translating customer needs and business priorities into a clear plan for what ships and when.
- Monitor AI accuracy, resolution rates, and system performance, and surface actionable improvements before customers feel the impact.
- Engage directly with hotel clients and internal stakeholders to understand operational pain points — staffing constraints, call volume spikes, multilingual guests — and turn them into product requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, and Infrastructure to help prioritize platform investments around reliability, latency, and scale.
- Track the KPIs that matter — resolution rate, accuracy, latency, containment — and use that data to inform prioritization and communicate progress.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success to keep teams aligned as new AI capabilities move from development into rollout.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, with experience shipping AI, conversational AI, or technically complex SaaS products.
- Enough technical fluency in conversational AI — LLMs, NLP, dialog management — to collaborate effectively with engineers and ask the right questions.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort connecting product metrics to customer and business outcomes.
- Experience working directly with customers and incorporating their feedback into what you build.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and keep teams aligned without direct authority.
Compensation
Target cash compensation ranges from $160,000 - $200,000, including a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid quarterly.
This role also includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval.
Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location.
