About the Role
Canary Technologies is scaling rapidly in the US, and the Product Strategy & Operations team needs a hands-on strategic operator to own the analytics infrastructure, operating rhythms, and cross-functional processes that keep the business running and growing. As the Senior Product Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be the connective tissue between Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Data Engineering teams, turning messy data into trusted KPIs, building scalable reporting that leadership relies on, and driving the operational cadences that make the entire company run smoothly. This role partners deeply with every pod in the product org. If you love building systems that make teams smarter and faster, and you want direct influence on how a high-growth company operates, this is your role.

Responsibilities

  • Own Canary's US analytics infrastructure: audit and improve data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting to ensure accuracy, freshness, and trust across Product, CS, and GTM stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and KPI frameworks that drive weekly business reviews, OKR tracking, and board-level reporting.
  • Lead operational cadences that connect product execution to business outcomes: sprint reviews, launch readiness, post-mortems, and cross-pod planning.
  • Collaborate with Product Leads and PMs to instrument new features, define success metrics, and deliver launch reporting that informs iteration.
  • Quantify operational improvements and communicate impact clearly to leadership. Build measurement frameworks that become organizational standards.
  • Inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization through data-driven analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights that sharpen the team's bets.
  • Shape cross-functional planning processes (quarterly OKR setting, monthly business reviews, annual planning) that translate strategy into measurable team commitments.
  • Identify systemic inefficiencies across product operations and propose scalable solutions, whether through tooling, process design, or automation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product operations, strategy & operations, analytics, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Omni, or similar) to build dashboards and data models.
  • Track record of owning KPI frameworks, building reporting cadences, and driving data-informed decisions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong operator with excellent program management skills, bias for action, and ability to drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to present complex analyses to non-technical audiences and build buy-in for operational changes.
  • Comfortable working across functions (Product, CS, Sales, Marketing) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • Bonus: Experience in hospitality tech, enterprise SaaS with strategic accounts, or building product analytics at a growth-stage company.
We also work hard to ensure Canary is a fun and exciting place to work! Here are some of the additional benefits:
Canary Days: As a company we want to ensure that the team has time to recharge. Each month we provide company wide days off to ensure there is at least one extended weekend or day off.
Self Improvement Club: We meet each month and share our personal goals for the month. Each individual is provided a budget towards any purchases that help us achieve these goals.
Professional Development Chats: We provide budget to help drive cross functional professional development conversations across the organization.
Travel Reimbursement: Team members are able to visit our offices across New York, San Francisco or Dallas when they choose, and are provided a travel stipend for doing so. Spend time working with the team in their office, and use the rest of your time exploring a new city!
Personal Travel Reimbursement: If you stay at a hotel that Canary works with, we provide a credit towards your stay.
