What we are looking for
As an Office Assistant, you will support the management team in all the day to day operational activities related to our AvantStay properties in the designated area. You will ensure a superior guest experience by auditing properties, maintaining supplies, and responding to concerns in a timely fashion. This position does require close proximity to the market and will require frequent travel to various sites within the area.
Must reside within a short drive of our vacation rental properties in the designated area.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, which may not be an exhaustive list:
- Serve as primary contact in the office for guests, vendors, and owners visiting the office
- Assist guests making reservations in-person
- Monitor & assign in-stay guest issues to local team members
- Make deliveries to properties during guest stays
- Manage physical documents for guests (such as parking passes, key tags, etc.)
- Field local communication on AvantStay internal communication channels
- Maintain inventory in office (property keys, consumables, company-owned tools)
- Receive deliveries
- Assist with property inspections on heavy arrival days
