What we are looking for

The Guest Services Associate is the face of AvantStay and our boots on the ground. This is one of the most versatile roles at the company and perfect for anyone who loves being on the go and finds fulfillment in serving our guests. The ideal Guest Services Associate is detail oriented and thrives on problem-solving guest issues and satisfying guest requests throughout the day. This person will respond to guest issues, ensuring quality output by our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and performing inspections or light housekeeping duties between guest stays.

This is a part-time role, with possibility to advance to full-time dependent on performance and market needs.

Must reside in the designated area.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate guest relations, including but not limited to guest check in, concierge services, and reservation information
  • Coordinate daily operational needs with front office staff
  • Create work tickets and dispatch vendors and maintenance technicians
  • Communicate daily with homeowners and guests via phone, in person, and email
  • Assist with general upkeep of the office, including management of collateral, office supplies, owner arrival supplies, etc.
  • Assist with owner and guest mailings and special events
  • Provide contractor keys and dispatch
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required
