What we are looking for…

A highly motivated and organized Property Onboarding Manager to oversee the coordination, execution, and management of the onboarding activities for our new AvantStay properties in the Nashville market. The Property Onboarding Manager will be an integral part of our property acquisitions and will act as the liaison between property owners and AvantStay through the onboarding and offboarding processes. This person is resourceful and a problem solver who loves to act in a project manager capacity.

What you’ll do…

  • Oversee the entire onboarding and offboarding processes of our portfolio of homes, from submission of signed contracts through going live on the AvantStay website.
  • Provide Field Operations leadership weekly updates regarding all onboarding activities in flight noting timeline milestones, upcoming deadlines, and contingency plans in the event of any delays.
  • Communicate with market leaders to drive timeliness and accountability in regards to executing Field Operations responsibilities in the onboarding process.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with homeowners and other stakeholders to ensure that timely and important updates are being communicated effectively.
  • Ensure that contractual obligations by AvantStay and homeowners are being followed (i.e. maintenance, exterminators, etc).
  • Analyze onboarding and offboarding processes and procedures; stay abreast of current industry trends and standards.
  • Develop and utilize local third-party vendors and community relationships to aid in the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with our Design, Onboarding, and Hospitality Teams to ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly, on-budget, and on-time.
  • Ensure all onboarded properties are of AvantStay caliber and quality. Manage special onboarding and operations projects as necessary.
  • Execute on-site, ad-hoc needs to assist the Field Operations team in the onboarding of new properties
