What we are looking for…

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Channel Marketing Specialist who would work with both the Listings and Marketing team on optimizing AvantStays 1600+ listings on over 40+ OTAs. This would be a cross-functional role with high oversight on revenue and demand, and day to day tasks such as content optimization through SEO & keyword copywriting, and photo order strategy. This person would have a strong background in copywriting, channel marketing, distribution, integrations, product management/marketing, and also data-driven analysis as a top priority. This person must be a highly analytical and creative thinker with an initiative-based mindset, able to utilize existing tools available to make high level decisions for both teams. Experience in the travel/hotel/STR industry is a must.

What you’ll do…

  • Optimize listings through copywriting and photo selection
  • Work with the product team to drive and implement photo AB testing
  • Create and monitors systems of tracking for OTA performance metrics
  • Utilizing impressions and conversions data to make tactful decisions
  • Act as a leading face of AvantStay to our OTA account managers
  • Conduct market research on listing performance trends and new channel opportunities
  • Drive reservation sales by utilizing in platform promotions and features
  • Ensure price parity and commission standards across sales channels
