PositionSummary

Arnatar Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Business Development to lead and support strategic partnering activities focused on maximizing the value of Arnatar’s portfolio and platform technologies. This individual will play a key role in originating, evaluating, structuring, and executing a broad range of transactions, including but not limited to, out-licensing, in-licensing, co-development and strategic collaborations, option-based transactions, divestitures/carve-outs, and mergers & acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

· Support and carry out the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of strategic transactions, including out-licensing, collaborations, co-development agreements, option transactions,NewCo formations, and other strategic partnerships.

· Lead business, scientific, and competitive assessments for strategic transactions.

· Develop business cases, financial models, valuation analyses, market assessments, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

· Coordinate and manage cross-functional diligence efforts with internal and external stakeholders, including R&D, legal, finance, IP counsel, and external advisors.

· Prepare presentation materials, and briefing documents for executive leadership, partners, and investors.

· Monitor competitive landscapes, industry trends, partnering activity, and emerging technologies relevant to Arnatar’s strategic priorities.

· Support alliance management and ongoing partner interactions, as needed.

· Contribute to broader corporate strategy, portfolio planning, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

· PhD, MD, MBA, or other advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5years of relevant experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical business development, venture capital, investment banking, or top-tier management consulting; or Bachelors degree in life sciences, physical sciences, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical business development, venture capital, investment banking, or top-tier management consulting.

· Strong track records in successful completion of business development transactions

· Strong understanding of drug development, biotechnology markets, and life sciences transaction structures.

· Demonstrated analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including valuation and transaction analysis.

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

· Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
