About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Strategy & Operations team members to join the current Strategy, Partnerships and Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in strategy and operational frameworks, a proven track record in delivering strategy and scaling customer operations/services within a fast-paced R&D focused industry environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build processes based on identified / foreseeable gaps, operationalize processes and systems to enhance customer operational efficiency, and with the knowhow of tracking and delivering KPIs/OKRs/Success Criteria against the strategic framework. This role will report to the VP of Strategy and Partnership Services.

What you’ll do:

Core Strategy: Develop and/or manage the development of the following strategic processes (not exhaustive): Core diligence, digital strategy, digital maturity and enablement strategy, corporate growth strategy and change strategy.

Strategy and Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, focusing on the optimization of current to future state and technological improvements. Analyze existing processes and identify efficiency gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. Design new workflows and optimize existing ones for scalability and customer satisfaction.

Product Strategy: Develop product strategy in collaboration with our EPD and marketing team, to support the evaluation of horizontal and vertical product growth, market fit, market trends, short and long range planning, and alignment to corporate growth strategy.

Partnership Strategy: Develop and build the strategic framework focused on an industry ecosystem of partners that will help grow our ability in Market. Execute on the strategic framework to build, grow and maintain partnership ecosystem to support both market, client and product strategy needs.

You will have:

Experience: 3-8 years of work experience within strategy and operations, either in from consulting or R&D related industry.

Process Mindset: You're a natural problem solver with a passion for streamlining complex processes, establishing structure, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.

Data-Driven: You thrive on using metrics to measure success, identify trends, and inform actionable insights to drive continuous optimization.

Technologically Savvy: You have a proven track record of being flexible and able to adapt in a fast-growing technology environment, strategizing and executing on a vast array of client needs.

Collaborative Leader: You have outstanding communication skills and excel at fostering trust building both internally with cross functionally teams but also externally with client stakeholders/leaders.

Educational Background: Preferred undergraduate background in hard science or business. Masters in a hard science related field or an MBA is a plus, but not required.
