We are looking for people who:

• Are passionate, self-driven and system-thinkers
• Have partnered with product and engineering to establish objectives, align on high-level strategies, and create consistent, high-quality design output
• Bring demonstrated success delivering intuitive products – we value consumer-grade experience quality while solving enterprise problems
• Have a developed sense for balancing speed, quality, and consistency of design
• Can manage complex scenarios and drive clarity from ambiguity
• Co-create design strategy with peer leaders and designers and influence execution
• Can identify and drive impact that is great for customers and good for business through clear and actionable feedback
• Have 5 years of industry experience as a Product Designer

Nice to haves:

• Worked on large scale B2B projects
• Experience with high-paced, startup-like environments
• Experience building or maintaining a design system
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, UX Design, HCI or related field
