LOCATION & DURATION

All internships will be based in our South San Francisco or Shanghai office and will be hybrid basis (with 4 days in the office a week and 1 flex day). This internship starts in June 2025 for approximately 10-12 weeks. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.

POSITION SUMMARY

· This summer intern will work closely with the in-house legal team on several legal issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Conduct legal research on various corporate legal issues.

· Under the supervision of in-house counsel, draft and review business agreements

· Assist Legal Counsel in reviewing and drafting corporate policies

REQUIREMENTS

· A full-time student in an accredited program with plans to return to school in the fall

· All applicants must be at least 18 years of age by June 1, 2025.
