The inspection readiness and launch plans include cold chain validation, lane identification, couriers, service level agreements and customer support models. The role will interact with multiple contract manufacturers, warehouses and couriers to train, onboard and successfully launch. The role will also include integration of systems requirements and complicated short-lead time cold chain logistics. The Executive Director is responsible for leading the team through inspection and launch readiness, including making risk-based decisions to enable program success.
  • Drive excellence in end-to-end operations through identification and management of key supply chain KPI’s. Establish service level agreements and KPI’s throughout network. Monitor KPI’s, deviation rates and performance across a complex network of providers.
