About the internship
As a Content Creator at OZiva, you will be responsible for producing high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with the [Marketing/Content/Communications] team to develop and execute content that align with our brand's voice, values, and objectives.
- Create compelling and original content across various formats, including but not limited to social media posts, videos, podcasts, and more.
- Research industry trends, topics, and keywords to develop content ideas that drive engagement on social media
- Write, edit, proofread and shoot content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Brainstorm and contribute to content strategies that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest content trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance our content efforts.
- Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across various channels.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and social media metrics, to optimize future content strategies.
- Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and social media interactions, fostering a positive and interactive brand presence.
KRA: create video content frequently for digital platforms like social media to increase reach, engagement and and consideration (for the brand)
- Passionate about content creation with an active Instagram account
- Should have created content for own Instagram page/YouTube channel (or others) from start to finish.
- Exceptional writing, editing and shooting (with a phone) skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in creating various forms of content, including written, visual, and multimedia and should be camera friendly.
- Basic understanding of graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production.
- Interest in fitness and/or beauty categories.
- Strong research skills to gather information and insights for content development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
