Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As the Product Marketing Manager of Automotive OEM, you will plan, position, and launch our industry-leading LiDAR products and influence our engineering teams, partners, and customers.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic product marketing professional who has extensive knowledge of the LiDAR applications in the Automotive OEM market and previous experience of successfully taking products from development to launch.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Develop product marketing strategies and business cases for the Automotive OEM market
- Create detailed functional product requirements and high-level marketing requirements
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to define and validate business and technical requirements
- Develop customer education-focused technical collaterals that raise Innovusion’s profile
- Manage new product rollout to customers, sales channels, and media
- Collaborate with Automotive OEM sales team on forecast and volume ramp
- Partner with Finance, BD and other teams on pricing strategy
Necessary Skills and Experience
- BS in Engineering and Marketing or similar disciplines plus 7+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience, or MS in Engineering and Marketing or similar disciplines plus 5+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience
- 3+ years of product marketing in Automotive OEM, Tier 1 or related space
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to make complex concepts simple
- Compelling combination of business and technical expertise
- Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency to deliver results
- Successful in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Pay Range
$130,000-$180,000
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, annual base salary for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Innovusion. We also offer an annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for equity (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
